Portfolio
During my time at iCrossing I have been involved in a range of successful international and UK based digital marketing projects. Below are some examples of this work.
Web Development
Halifax – Home Matters
Halifax required a social space which they could use to engage with their customers to provide useful advice and information to help them care for their homes. As web producer my role included project management, wireframing, information architecture and creative direction.
The site was the first social media engagement that the bank had undertaken and they were extremely pleased with the result.
Client Quote: “I love it, love it, love it!!! It looks amazing, really professional, not salesy at all, and very user friendly, informative and engaging too.”

MORE TH&oneidea;N – Living
MORE TH&oneidea;N engaged iCrossing to redevelop the Living blog and turn it into a magazine style green eco living social space.
I was again web producer and my role included project management, user testing, persona development, wireframing, information architecture and creative direction. The redevelopment was extremely successful with significantly increased community engagement and a month on month traffic increase of 35% over the last 6 months.

Social media
Turner – Social Media framework
Turner broadcasting (CNN, carton network TCM…) employed iCrossing to create a strategic framework which could be used to inform all social media activity that they undertake, ensuring best practice and company wide governance.
My role on the project was to project manage pan European social media research in 5 different languages and the construction of the framework. This project is still on going.

Measurement
Channel 4 – Bow Street Runner
Channel 4 commissioned iCrossing to measure user engagement of an educational game they launched based on the television series “Bow Street Runner”. Using a proprietary engagement metrics framework, iCrossing identified online communities that were discussing the game, the sentiment they had towards different episodes of the game and how this affected traffic and game interactions.
I was lead analyst on the project and developed the methodology that was used to measure engagement as well as conducting social media research and reporting the results back to channel 4. The work was nominated for a Forrester groundswell measurement award.

World Vision
World Vision engaged iCrossing for a performance measurement project to help them set clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators for their website and then build a measurement framework to monitor performance over time. For this project I designed the program of work and implemented a large section of the project.
The project has enabled World Vision to efficiently track financial and user engagement conversions on site, identify usability issues and helped improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns they are running.
Other work at iCrossing
I have also set up a successful internal blog and later helped set up the external blog Connect as well as launching and managing the iCrossing twitter account .
For iCrossing’s global internal awards, two projects I worked on received awards:
Best team award – For the project team working on a leading US Bank
Best measurement project - Channel 4, Bow Street Runner
Side projects
Skate at Night
Whilst reading a US gadget blog, I saw these LEDs skateboards and contacted the retailer asking for UK distribution rights. The manufacturer Photon Light Boards agreed and so I recently built a online shop, Skate at Night, to sell them. I built the entire site myself using the Magento open source ecommerce platform and Wordpress as well as connecting the site to a payment gateway.
Wireframe examples
It’s not appropriate for me to post iCrossing client deliverables here so below are some example wireframes I’ve completed for a freelance project I am working on to redevelop Brighton Dancing’s website
